Inverness Cyber Crisis Exercise

4-step Process

  1. Planning & Preparation
We will work with you to understand the objectives and develop the scope and objectives. We will discuss roles and participants, and the resources and logistics required to support a successful exercise.
  2. Exercise Delivery
We begin with a meeting to set expectations and explain logistics and then go into facilitating the scenario execution and making necessary adjustments in line with the scope, goals, and real-time feedback.
  3. Review & Reporting
There will be an immediate debrief (hotwash), followed by more detailed analysis to enable metrics to be measured, a gap analysis performed, and actionable recommendations generated. This will form the content of the formal report.
  4. Continuous Monitoring & Engagement
This is the opportunity for ongoing training and the development of future exercises. Support in developing incident response, cyber resilience, and business response plans may also be available.
