We offer a range of programs while also developing and delivering bespoke training tailored to your specific needs.
We can also guide you in developing and maturing a cyber culture for your business by adopting clear and relevant objectives and key performance indicators to measure success or areas for further development.
Incident Response Training
This can complement an Incident Response exercise or be standalone training, depending on the length of the course and objectives you wish to achieve. It will also be dependent upon your business size, whether your incident response team is inhouse or outsourced, or it could even be aimed at the person who manages your IT.

Crisis Management Training
The worst time to manage a crisis is when you are in one. We will work with you to plan and prepare for different eventualities and help build your resilience to such an attack, should it happen. This can be delivered in concert with our Cyber Crisis & Resilience exercises, or as a standalone training program.

Supply Chain/Third-Party Risk Management Training
Despite evidence to suggest that organisations are increasingly vulnerable to compromise via the trust they have in their supply chain, be that the outsourcing to vendors, third-party software vulnerabilities and compromise, or business impact if a supplier compromise affects delivery of service or products, only 11% of businesses and 10% of charities review risks posed by their immediate suppliers.
Governments and regulatory bodies have been highlighting concerns about supply chain risk and it is explicitly called out in the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and in their Network and Information Security Directive 2 (NIS2).
Regardless of if you require it to comply to DORA or NIS2, or you simply wish to improve your supply chain risk management.

Executive Training
What is the Board Toolkit and why do I need it?
As a contributor of the latest version of the NCSC’s Board Toolkit, this is aimed at directors, governors/advisors, Non-executive Directors or the Board of Trustees of medium and large organisations. The aim is to help boards ensure that cyber resilience and risk management are embedded throughout an organisation, including its people, systems, processes and technologies. That said, any business would benefit from awareness of this guidance to help grow the cyber culture and resilience.

Bespoke Training
There may be other areas that you would like guidance and training on, or you may wish to pick bits from those already mentioned. We are happy to consider any requests and, if we don’t feel that we’re the right fit for your request, we can point you towards trusted partners that can deliver that service.
